CityBrief is an AI-powered municipal intelligence platform that monitors publicly available city and county commission meeting agendas across South Florida municipalities and publishes synthesized summaries, insights, and analysis for informational purposes. All source materials are drawn exclusively from publicly available government records.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CityBrief LLC from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
AI-Generated Content Disclosure
You acknowledge that CityBrief content is generated in whole or in part using artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated content may contain errors, reflect incomplete information, or mischaracterize the substance of underlying government documents. CityBrief employs quality review processes but cannot guarantee the accuracy of all AI-generated content.
Corrections Policy
If you believe any published content contains a material error please contact tomas@citybriefsfl.com with a description of the error and a reference to the primary source. We will review and correct verified errors promptly.
Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions. CityBrief LLC is a Florida limited liability company. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and CityBrief with respect to the Service.
